The Conference will take place at the Corinthia Nevsky Palace hotel (Nevsky pr. 57). The hotel is located on the Nevsky prospect, in the city center.

The Pulkovo-2 international airport is located within St. Petersburg city limits. It serves quite a number of international flights from major air nodes. For flight information please consult your local travel agency or Internet sources.

To enter Russia you will need a a valid passport and visa. Visa support will be provided by our partner travel agency upon your hotel reservation. Please note that Russian consulates require up to two weeks for a visa procedure.
