For our St. Petersburg guests we reserve blocks of rooms at the Corinthia Nevsky Palace hotel (Nevsky pr. 57, the conference venue) and at the Octyabrskaya Hotel (Ligovsky pr. 10).

We advise you to book your accommodation through us as we have arranged special discount rates for the Conference participants.

The hotels are located on the Nevsky prospect, in the city center, (see the map).

Hotel rates (per night, breakfast included, +VAT):

Please be informed that in case of cancellation of the hotel reservation later then 7 days before arrival or non arrival cancellation fee is 100% of the room rate for the whole period of reservation. If you would like to change the dates of reservation it can be done without any extra fee. Please inform us about any changes beforetime.

Check-in and check-out information:
Check-in – 14.00. Check-out – 12.00.
Early check in and late check out available at extra payment and should be agreed before.
